Friday 18 November 2016

Life always brings the right people your way.

One way or another the right people will find you at the right time. There is supportive people that will hold your hand without asking questions. This is the people you need to keep close to you. But sometimes, you could also find the kind of people who is able to tell you what you need to hear but don´t want to. This kind of people is also good to keep. Even if we cannot see why.

I'm confident that when I´m going through a difficult moment, someone will cross my path who will be able to help me find my way. Of course I always hope to find the kind of people that have nice words for me, but if it’s one of the other kind, I never miss the opportunity they have to offer.

Because at the end of the day, everything will depend on our tolerance of criticism and our openness to being supported through our journey.

This week’s recipe is a truly easy-to-follow with all-star results that will certainly help you to attract good people to your table. This tasty and colourful balls are perfect atop any platter and can be made up to a day ahead.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

1 Goat Cheese Roll
150gr Poppy Seeds
10 Toothpicks or Cocktail Sticks
1tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tomato Jam Jar

WHAT DO YOU DO

Mash the cheese with the olive oil until soft. Take small spoonful and roll into marble size balls using your hands. Tip: the cheese needs to be cold before rolling the balls.

Warm up the tomato jam for 10 seconds in the microwave (without the lid!) and dip each ball with the help of a toothpick.

Then, sprinkle the poppy seeds and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Tip: you can try sprinkling different toppings such as chives or grated almonds.
